Azusa uses separate online forms for common repairs
Azusa’s online request forms are split by the kind of problem. The page covers common repair and report paths for potholes, streetlights, graffiti, code violations, traffic signal issues, trash pickup issues, and shopping cart retrieval.
That split saves time because not everything goes to the same crew. A streetlight problem is different from a traffic signal problem, and trash pickup issues may need Athens Services instead of a city repair crew.
For the form, include the closest address, cross street, and a plain description. Streetlights are easier to find if you can give a pole number or a nearby address.
Azusa’s code form also draws a useful line: private civil disputes and evictions are not code violations for that team. When the issue is really between private parties, a city repair form may not be the right tool.
