Delano's service request form is for physical city problems
Delano's services page links to a service request form for physical problems in the community, while fire, police, and immediate assistance use separate contacts.
Delano’s services page links to a service request form for physical problems in the community. That is the right lane when you are trying to get a routine city issue to the department that can act on it.
Keep the report concrete. Delano has older central blocks, farmworker neighborhoods, schools, highway edges, and industrial or agricultural corridors. A useful request gives the closest address, cross street, side of the street, and a short description of what needs attention.
The form is not the route for fire or police issues. Delano’s online form guidance separates non-fire and non-police concerns from immediate assistance, 911, and police contact for criminal activity.
If you are unsure which department owns the problem, still describe the physical issue plainly instead of trying to diagnose it. The city can route a clear pothole, graffiti, drainage, street, or facility concern more easily than a vague complaint.
