La Habra reports split by what you need to tell the city

La Habraservice requestsstreet lights

La Habra’s report page is useful because it does not send every concern through one door. It separates online police reports, graffiti, street light outages, and general online requests.

For everyday city questions or service needs, the general request path uses the city’s Citizen Request Management service. Use that when the issue is not better handled by one of the more specific report links.

Before you submit, decide what kind of request you are making. A street light outage needs the pole or location. Graffiti needs the surface and address. A general request needs enough detail for staff to know which department should receive it.

La Habra has busy boulevards, older neighborhoods, apartment areas, schools, and hillside edges. A cross street, nearby business, park, or side of the block can make the request much easier to understand.
