myOntario is a first stop for many city service issues

Ontario residents can use the myOntario app and city contact pages to report maintenance issues, service concerns, and community improvement problems with a location, photo, and short form.

OntariomyOntariocity services

Ontario gives residents a few ways to report everyday city concerns. The myOntario app is the simple first stop when a location, photo, and short form can explain the issue.

Use it for maintenance and service issues that need to reach the right city department. The city contact page can help when the issue fits a more direct phone number or office.

That split matters because not every issue is the same. A broken public feature, a trash issue, and a utility question may each use a different route.

For a clean first report, write the address or nearest cross street. Add a photo if it helps. Choose the closest category. If the issue is tied to a property, give enough detail for the city to find the spot.

If the issue is urgent, use the phone route shown for that service. For normal city concerns, myOntario keeps the first step simple.

California Porch explains the path. The official source is still the place to confirm the current rule, fee, form, map, deadline, or office decision.

Use the official page before you spend money, file paperwork, rely on a deadline, or change a property.
