Rohnert Park's tracker lets you check existing requests

Rohnert Parkservice requestscity hall

Rohnert Park’s Citizen Request Tracker is a simple way to report concerns and check existing requests later. It is the right place for routine city issues that do not need an immediate emergency response.

The useful part is the tracking. If you create or use an account, you can come back and check what you already sent instead of wondering whether the city received it.

For a good request, give the address, cross street, nearby landmark, and a short description. Rohnert Park has neighborhood loops, school streets, parks, commercial areas, and long roadway segments where a vague location can slow things down.

If the issue is near a path, park, school, or shopping center, name that place too. It gives staff a second way to find the spot if the nearest address is not enough.

Use the tracker for normal service concerns. Public-safety emergencies, active hazards, or issues that need same-day response should go through the correct phone or emergency contact instead.
