San Bernardino County has a countywide role and a local role
San Bernardino County's Countywide Plan separates its regional county role from its local role in unincorporated communities.
San Bernardino County says its Policy Plan is the county’s general plan. The plan also names two jobs for the county. One job is countywide. The other is local service for land outside cities.
Start by asking which job fits. Is this about the whole county? Or is it about an unincorporated place? For that second one, start with the community planning page.
