Tustin service requests work best with a clear location
Tustin's Submit Service Request and Report An Issue pages give residents a way to send general concerns, comments, compliments, and public-resource reports to the city.
Tustin has old-town blocks, newer neighborhoods, the Legacy area, schools, parks, shopping centers, and streets that cross several different city-service worlds. When a small issue needs attention, the fastest path is usually a clear service request.
The Submit Service Request page is for general concerns, comments, or compliments. The Report An Issue page gathers public-resource reporting options. Together, they are useful when you are trying to tell the city about something ordinary but real: a maintenance concern, a public-space issue, a possible street problem, or a question that needs the right department.
The good report is specific without being long. Give the nearest address or cross street, describe the issue in one or two sentences, add the date or time if it matters, and include a photo when the location is not obvious. If the problem involves traffic danger, injury, fire, crime, or an urgent utility issue, use the emergency or direct service contact instead.
For routine Tustin issues, a tidy request gives staff something they can actually route.
