Vallejo uses SeeClickFix for non-emergency maintenance issues
Vallejo routes non-emergency maintenance issues such as potholes and graffiti through SeeClickFix, while water leaks and emergencies use faster contacts.
Vallejo uses SeeClickFix for routine city repairs. Potholes, graffiti, and other non-urgent upkeep can be reported there at any time. A water leak or other urgent repair goes to the 24-hour Public Works and Water line at 707-648-5235.
Police matters have a different route. The city sends abandoned-car reports, police-report requests, and other non-urgent police needs to the Vallejo Police website. A danger to life or safety still goes to 911.
For SeeClickFix, give the closest address and cross street. Say which side of the road the problem is on. Add a photo only if it is safe. Save the report number so you can check it later. If the spot belongs to the state, a private owner, or another public agency, the city may send the report to that owner.
