Woodland service requests are moving to WeAreWoodland

Woodlandservice requestsWeAreWoodland

Woodland is changing how everyday service requests get reported. The older citizen problem reporter is being replaced by WeAreWoodland, a mobile and web tool for non-emergency requests.

The new tool is meant for things like sending a location, adding photos, tracking the request, and getting updates when work is completed. During the changeover, Woodland’s page also separates a few lanes: water and sewer issues, code compliance, parks and city-owned trees, and police-related non-emergency concerns.

That split is useful in Woodland because a problem on a street tree, a water line, a park path, or a private property may not go to the same team. If you are not sure, use the city page to pick the closest match before submitting.

When you report something, include the address or cross street, a clear photo if it helps, and a short note about what you are seeing. The best request is simple, specific, and easy to route.

Reviewed July 4, 2026

California Porch explains the path. The official source is still the place to confirm the current rule, fee, form, map, deadline, or office decision.

Use the official page before you spend money, file paperwork, rely on a deadline, or change a property.
