Fullerton service requests start with myFullerton or Public Works

Fullerton residents can use myFullerton for photo-and-location reports and Public Works for non-emergency maintenance such as graffiti, potholes, storm drains, trees, sidewalks, and streetlights.

FullertonmyFullertonPublic Works

Fullerton gives residents two helpful ways to start a regular city fix. The myFullerton app works well when a photo and location can explain the issue. Public Works has a service request page for non-emergency maintenance items.

The app is built for quick reports like graffiti. It sends the request to the right department. You can opt in for updates, which is handy when you want to know if the item was cleaned up or handled.

The Public Works page is better when you already know the maintenance category. It links to graffiti removal, pothole repair, broken play equipment, storm drains, tree trimming, sidewalk repair, streetlights, water meter issues, water main issues, and a general repair option when the exact fit is not clear.

For a clean first request, write down the nearest address or cross street. Add a photo if it helps. If it is not a maintenance issue, Fullerton gives a main city phone number on the Public Works page.
