Menifee non-urgent issues can start in the city app

Menifee routes non-urgent reports through the city app or online portal, while urgent non-emergency park safety or maintenance issues use the police non-emergency line.

Menifeeservice requestscity app

In Menifee, non-urgent city issues can start in the Menifee app or the online report portal. The app lets residents send a service request, add the location, and track the status after it is submitted.

Use that route for everyday issues where the city needs a clear report but nobody needs help right away. A good request has the address or nearest cross street, a short description, and a photo if the location is hard to explain.

Menifee has many newer neighborhoods, shopping areas, and roads that change quickly as the city grows. If the issue is near a construction area, park entrance, school, or HOA edge, add that detail so the request does not feel like a loose pin on a big map.

There is one important split. Urgent non-emergency park safety or maintenance issues use the Menifee Police Department non-emergency line at 951-677-4964. That does not mean every park question is urgent. It just gives you a better first step when a same-day safety or maintenance concern should reach staff on duty.

For normal fixes, the app keeps the request in one place and gives you a way to check back without starting over.
