Menifee evacuation maps, alerts, and live zones

The Safety Element shows Menifee's planning network, Alert Menifee delivers notices, and Genasys Protect shows live zone status during an emergency.

Menifee’s Safety Element is a long-range plan. It maps the city’s main evacuation road network. Some roads and crossings pass through fire, flood, or landslide hazard areas. The map does not give each home its own route. It also does not show which roads are open now.

For current news, use the other two tools. Alert Menifee sends notices about severe weather, evacuations, and road closures. Genasys Protect lets you look up a set zone. During an emergency, its map can show zone status, closed roads, and evacuation points. Add key addresses to your alert account. Write down each zone ID before you need it.

The city’s Emergency Operations Center is not a live public map. Menifee says the center opens and gets staff for large events. The right response agency handles smaller events. When active, the center helps with resources, public notices, evacuations, and shelter.

California’s terms are direct. An evacuation warning means there may be a threat. People who need more time should leave early. So should people with pets or livestock. An evacuation order means an immediate threat and a lawful command to leave now. Follow the current alert, zone status, and responder directions. Do not rely on an old route when the roads have changed.
