Menifee projects start with the Permit Center or permit portal
Menifee routes building, planning, fire, engineering, fees, inspections, and application tracking through its Permit Center and online permit portal.
Menifee has grown fast, so one project can touch more than one city desk. The Permit Center helps route work through Building, Planning, Fire, and Engineering.
The online permit portal is the workbench. After you register, you can apply, pay fees, schedule inspections, and track the permit.
That helps with home projects, tenant work, additions, signs, and other jobs where more than one review may be involved. Start with the project address, a short description, owner or contractor contacts, and any plans or photos you already have.
For a simple job, the portal may be enough. For work that touches planning, fire access, grading, or utilities, read the Permit Center page first. It shows the wider path.

California Porch explains the path. The official source is still the place to confirm the current rule, fee, form, map, deadline, or office decision.
Use the official page before you spend money, file paperwork, rely on a deadline, or change a property.
