Pleasanton Public Works requests run through Maintstar
Pleasanton Public Works requests can be submitted through the Maintstar portal. That is the online route for reporting a maintenance or customer service issue that belongs with Public Works.
If you would rather talk it through, the Public Works Customer Service Center is the normal business-hour phone path at 925-931-5500. Keep that number in mind when the issue needs a little explanation, like a recurring drainage concern, a street maintenance question, or a utility-service detail.
For the online form, gather the address, cross street, and a short description before you begin. Pleasanton has older downtown blocks, business parks, trail edges, and hillside neighborhoods, so a map pin alone may not tell the whole story.
If the issue repeats, say that. A one-time puddle, a recurring drainage spot, and a utility question can all sound similar until you add the pattern.
Emergency service uses a different path through police dispatch. For routine Public Works help, though, the Maintstar request keeps the location and description together so staff can route it cleanly.

California Porch explains the path. The official source is still the place to confirm the current rule, fee, form, map, deadline, or office decision.
