Victorville trash questions split between the city and Burrtec
Victorville residents use City Customer Service for trash billing or service changes, Burrtec for missed pickups or damaged carts, and Environmental Programs for organics questions.
Victorville trash service is easier when you split the question into three lanes. For billing questions or service changes, start with City Customer Service at 760-955-5001. That is the account side.
For a missed pickup or a damaged cart, start with Burrtec Waste at 760-245-8607. That is the pickup and container side. If you call the billing line for a missed cart, you may get sent right back to the hauler.
Food waste and organics questions have their own lane through the City Environmental Programs Division at 760-955-8615. That can matter if you are trying to understand the cart rules, what belongs where, or why a pickup note was left.
Before calling, keep the address, collection day, cart color, and a short description nearby. If the cart is damaged or the pickup was missed, a photo and the time you placed the cart out can make the conversation much easier.
