Clovis trash container problems go to Solid Waste
Clovis has a useful split between the account side and the pickup side. Utility Billing is the place to start or stop the overall city utility account. Solid Waste is the place to call when the problem is a recycling pickup, an organics pickup, or a trash container that needs repair or replacement.
For recycling and organics collection problems, or for trash container repairs, use the Solid Waste Division at 559-324-2604. That is the better lane when the bill is fine but the cart or pickup is not.
If you are not sure what to call it, describe what happened in simple terms: missed blue cart, broken lid, cracked wheel, organics not collected, or wrong cart size. The more direct the description, the easier it is for staff to send it to the right crew.
