Moreno Valley building permits run through SimpliCITY
Moreno Valley uses SimpliCITY for online permit submittals, digital plan review, permit searches, inspection information, and project records.
For a Moreno Valley property, SimpliCITY is the permit path to know. New construction and changes to an existing structure are handled online, and all permit types are submitted through that system.
That is useful in a city with hillside edges, large shopping areas, warehouses, newer tracts, and older neighborhood blocks. A reroof, room change, business space, solar job, or larger building project may all start in the same place, but they do not all need the same review.
SimpliCITY also includes a Digital Plan Room. Plans can be reviewed online, comments and redlines can be seen there, and the project record can stay together without extra paper trips. Inspection information is separate but still tied to the same permit record. Interior inspections need access, and inspection times and results can be checked through SimpliCITY.
The clean first move is to name the work, gather the address, and decide whether plans are part of it. If plans are involved, treat the Digital Plan Room as part of the job from the start.
