Hemet trash service has a provider step and a bulky-item path

Hemet trash, recycling, organics, bulky items, cart repairs, and clean-up days work best when the service provider and address are clear.

Hemet trash questions get easier once the provider is clear. For most homes, CR&R handles trash, recycling, and organic waste service. Homes with five-digit addresses use Waste Management of the Inland Empire.

Keep the service address handy. That decides where to ask about new service, cart repair, a missed pickup, a temporary bin, billing, or a bulky item.

For bulky items, Hemet gives residential customers two free pickups per calendar year. The pickup can cover loose large items up to three cubic yards, or two big items such as a couch, TV, or water heater. Tires have their own limit, and some items may cost extra if they need special handling.

The collection details are also useful for curb setup, weekly pickup, and holiday delays. Hemet posts community clean-up dates too, which can help when a garage cleanout is too big for one normal pickup.
