Hemet water and sewer accounts start with Utility Billing
Hemet utility questions get easier when water and sewer are separated from the rest of the move-in list. Utility Billing handles water and sewer service for many residents and businesses inside the city limits, including account questions, connections, disconnections, and bill help.
That is different from simply changing a mailing address or setting up power. Water and sewer are tied to the service address, and the account may need documents before everything is ready.
Before calling or opening the online payment path, have the address, account number if one exists, move date, and the exact question in front of you. If you are starting or stopping service, treat the date as part of the request. If the question is about a leak, meter, bill, or payment, write that down first so the call does not wander.
